There appears to be in inverse relationship between the effort I put into the writing on this site and the performance of the players I pick to succeed. So this week we're going to do what "we" in the construction industry call a "stand-down" which is the drastic measure of stopping work altogether when you feel like the universe has it out for you and you're on the verge of blowing something up or tipping something over. We will spend the next few days evaluating and revamping our faulty means and methods in preparation for the PGA Championship. For what it's worth, the pick this week would have been Adam Scott.
